1  Jibstructure system

It is based on the finite element analysis,dynamic analysis and test, and the accurate data support.

1.1 High strength low alloy steel plate, allmaterials and welding line by 100% non-destructive technology ensure the jibstructure reasonable and highly reliable.

1.2 "M" type arms with speed steplessadjustment, pressure compensation and load sensing proportion control systemensure the arm running freely and excellent operating performance.

2 Hydraulic System

Rexroth main oil pumps and valves ensure theconcrete pump truck high efficiency, long service life, high stability andexcellent continuous working performance. Famous brand Oil pipes and Joints withsuperior performance enlarge the system flows and avoid oil leakages.

2.1 Pumping system is open circuit, no shock, nopeak value and ideal temperature control.

2.2 Oil cylinder piston rod seals adopt importedcombined seals with good sealing effect and strong waterproof performance.  Piston seals adopt multiple durable pistonrings.

2.3 Swing oil cylinders adopt piston cylinderssealed by 0K seals with good sealing and buffering effects, ensuring long timeand stable working.

2.4 Lubricating system adopts fully automatic oilsupply and multiple filtration technology, effectively extending the service lifeof wearing parts.

2.5 Oil pumps on arms adopt axial piston pumpswith load sensing variable. The output could be according to the actual workingneeds, reducing power loss and system heating.
